"One More Time"

One more seed we need to sow,

One more soul who needs to know,

One more trial through which to grow,

And we will give God praise.

One more demon yet to fight,

One more monster put to flight,

One more time to spread the light,

And from the dead to raise.

One more need God will supply,

One more prayer, God’s blessing nigh,

One more hill to climb so high,

God’s fire will come down.

One more time to gather in,

One more healing He will send,

One more knee to Him will bend,

The worship will abound.

One more time to whoop and spur,

One more ride with flyin’ fur,

One more cowboy way we were,

And roundup time is near.

One more time to wait and pray,

One more filling for the day,

One last time to stand and say,

The Lord at last is here.

“Now all glory to God, who is able to keep your from failing away and will bring you with great joy into His glorious presence without a single fault.” (Jude 1:24, NLT)

The Lord is drawing us ever closer to the time when He will return. Everything that happens is used by Him change our lives and makes us more like Him. The process called sanctification is ongoing, and will not end until we are standing before Him without blame. He will also use us right up until the end to rescue others. It is our honor to partner with the Almighty in this final harvest. Glory to God.

Lord, help us to faithfully serve You to the very end, in Jesus’ name.
